Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders made through The 7 Leaked Laws ("we," "us," "our") at 7leakedlaws.com.
1. PRODUCT FORMATS
The 7 Leaked Laws is available in two formats sold as separate products: a digital download (PDF) and a physical book. This Shipping Policy applies only to the physical book. Digital products are not shipped — they are delivered instantly after purchase via download, and no shipping charges apply.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Our physical books are printed on demand specifically for your order. Once your payment is processed, your order is prepared, printed, and shipped, with delivery in a maximum of 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your order's progress.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you may be responsible for any reshipment costs.
6. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
While we work to meet our delivery timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. These fees are determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can help. Note that our physical books are final sale and non-refundable (see our Refund Policy), but we will work with you in good faith to resolve genuine shipping issues such as items lost in transit or damaged on arrival.
