This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The 7 Leaked Laws ("we," "us," "our") at 7leakedlaws.com.

1. PRODUCT FORMATS
The 7 Leaked Laws is available in two distinct formats sold as separate products: a digital download (PDF) and a physical book. The digital product is delivered instantly after purchase. The physical book is printed on demand and shipped, with delivery in a maximum of 10 business days. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected your desired format.

2. PHYSICAL BOOK POLICY: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All sales of the physical version of The 7 Leaked Laws are final. Because the books are printed on demand specifically for your order and are not held in stored inventory, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy for physical book orders. Once an order for a physical book is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT: 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
For the digital (PDF) version of The 7 Leaked Laws, we stand behind our product's content. If you are not completely satisfied with the material in the digital product, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 4. You may keep the downloaded file.

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY DISCLOSURE & REFUND EXCEPTIONS
The nature of the digital product (a downloadable PDF, not a physical item) is stated clearly on our product page and at checkout. Because we offer the physical book as a completely separate product, we do not issue refunds for digital orders if the request is based on the claim that you thought you were receiving a physical book.

By purchasing the digital format, you acknowledge that you are buying a PDF download. If you intended to buy a physical book, you must purchase the physical book product specifically.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (Eligible Digital Orders Only)
To request a refund for an eligible digital purchase, email hellowhisperis@gmail.com within 60 days of purchase with:

  • The name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • A brief note regarding why you were unsatisfied with the content

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. CHARGEBACKS
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at hellowhisperis@gmail.com or through https://7leakedlaws.com/pages/contact so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product that was delivered and accessible may be disputed with evidence of delivery, our pre-purchase disclosures, and this refund policy.

7. EU / UK CUSTOMERS
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom purchasing the digital download, you acknowledge that you receive the content right away and, where applicable, you agree to begin performance and waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This does not affect the voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee described above for digital products.
